  My Approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through collaboration. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and a space where you can show up as your full self without judgment. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Instead, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor my approach to fit what actually works for you. I'm trained in traditional therapeutic frameworks, but my work also integrates body-based and mindfulness practices that honor the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. Trauma doesn't just live in our thoughts; it lives in our nervous systems, our movement patterns, and our relationships. That's why I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that goes beyond talk therapy to address the whole person. Therapy can feel extremely vulnerable, especially in the beginning. I want you to know that my goal is to create a space that feels safe enough to be honest with yourself and with me. Growth rarely happens inside our comfort zones. But with the right support, it doesn't have to feel like something you survive; it can feel like something you choose.​​​
